Dear Participants of ICT06,
The preparations for ICT06 are progressing well. We presently count more
than 200 regular participants, 57 students and about 50 accompanying
persons. The numbers are slightly increasing. Several participants could be
funded up to now.
Although the final time schedule of the scientific program still needs
finetuning, a listing of all presentations will be sent to you in a separate
mail next week. The final programme with timetable will probably be released

The final programme with timetable will probably be released
in the second part of July.
There are, however, several points to be remembered:
To some participants we recently sent a request to bring their abstract
exactly in line with the template (style and length! See instructions in the
website! The organizing committee does not intend and does not dare to
reduce or alter your abstract!). All those of you, who have been contacted
in this matter and who have not yet resubmitted the revised abstract –
please do so immediately (send to: am.phys-chemie@univie.ac.at)
Please respect the deadline for submitting the camera ready full version of
your manuscript (deadline 15th July; use instructions and template as shown
in the website!!! and send the electronic version to:
am.physchemie@univie.ac.at).
The contingent of hotel rooms reserved in various hotels at a reduced price
for ICT06 will expire on July 1st. If you have not yet booked a hotel room
please be aware of the fact that Vienna is a very busy city every time of
the year.
We have hitherto issued many invitation letters for visa – In case you still
need a letter please send a request to: am.phys-chemie@univie.ac.at (The
Austrian embassies recommend to include data of birth and passport number).
We are looking forward in seeing you in Vienna soon
Best wishes
PRogl and the organizing committee of ICT06
