VCT2021 : dealine today, register to attend

Dear members of the thermoelectric community,
The 2021 Virtual Conference on Thermoelectrics (VCT2021) will be held next week from July 20 – 22, using Zoom.  The registration deadline is this Friday, July 16th.  Registration is required for all participants, regardless of whether or not you are presenting.  You can register for free at https://vct2021.mines.edu/registration/    Registered participants will be provided with zoom links via email on Monday, July 19.  Remember to check your spam folder.
In addition to over 200 talks from students and postdocs, we will have four plenary speakers this year:

  • Kunihito Koumoto: Thermoelectrics – a dream technology for energy harvesting
  • Marisol Martin-Gonzalez: Nanostructuration to boosts thermoelectric efficiency
  • Jeffrey G. Snyder: Strategies for engineering complex thermoelectric materials
  • Susan M. Kauzlarich: When three is better than one: evolution of thermoelectric properties in the triple cation Zintl phase Yb13-xCaxBaMgSb11
