The Thermoelectric Research Laboratory at AGH University of Krakow offers 2 full-time postdoctoral positions on thermoelectric materials and modules.

General information
The positions are related to the WEAVE-UNISONO project 2022/04/Y/ST5/00139 Entropy engineering and interface optimization in materials for highly effective thermoelectric energy conversion. The project will be carried out in collaboration with partners from DLR and UDE institutions in Germany.
Position #1
The first position will involve material synthesis, structural and chemical characterization, and transport property measurements. Applicants should have a strong background in materials science, solid-state chemistry, and physics.

The second position is related to the construction of thermoelectric modules, preparation, and characterization of microstructural and electrical properties of junctions, modeling of heat transport, and measurement of the operating characteristics of the TE modules.

- Postdoctoral positions are awarded for 1 year with the possibility of extension for a further 2 years.
- Anticipated salary: PLN 11,600 gross-brotherly per month.
